Vehicle entered parking lot exceeding the posted speed and failed to yield right of way nearly hitting two students.  LMPD was called and viewed video footage.  The quality of video was to poor for LMPD Officer to determine speed but did write a citation for failing to yield right of way.   Disiplinary Action Pending.
