While attending a JCTC function, a visitor became disruptive and was found to have outstanding warrants. The subject was arrested and transported to Metro Corrections for processing. Closed by Arrest.

Person(s) unknown removed victims cell phone. LMPD took report and is investigating. Disposition is Open. Cell Phone was returned to victim's cell service store and has been returned to owner 5/14/13, Disposition is now Closed.
