Item #1491, Shelbyville Campus, Report #14091870001 , Use of Alcohol, 1361 Frankfort Rd, Shelbyville, KY 40065, reported 9-18-14 at 1045am, occured 3/24 between 6pm-730pm.

It was reported, but all facts were not available until now, that an employee brought alcohol on campus for a cultural celebration. The matter was brought to JCTC administration and disciplinary action was taken. Closed by Disciplinary Action.

Student was putting money in parking meter when subject approached her and asked for money. When they refused, subject took the meter money coins. Victim did not want to report incident to Police. An investigation is pending. Disposition: Open.

Student became combative and refused to leave facility at Tech Campus.  911 was called but student left before LMPD arrived.  Approximately 1644hrs same student was arrested at the Downtown Campus. Disposition: Closed by Arrest and Disciplinary Action on 9/12/14.
