 A STUDENT BECAME UPSET AFTER TALKING TO THE DEAN OF STUDENTS AND WENT INTO THE BATHROOM. STUDENT  RIP TWO SOAP DISPENSER OFF THE WALL, CAUSING DAMAGE. STUDENT THEN LEFT THE BUILDING WITH THE SOAP DISPENSERS IN THEIR HANDS. PENDING FURTHER INVESTIGATION INTO THIS MATTER.
